When we experience pain in our lives-whether it be heartbreak, death, loss of jobs, health issues, or other challenges-it is difficult to know how to face these sufferings. Fear of confronting our circumstances head-on is not easy. Being optimistic ?in spite of? suffering is truly challenging. Sometimes, we need help to develop the right attitude so we can see our suffering as a task we can bear. With a PhD in Psychology from Louisiana Baptist University and Seminary, I am dedicated to guiding individuals through these difficult times, helping them build resilience and find hope amid adversity.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I encourage personal growth of soul, mind and body to reach goals that transform my client’s lives and their relationships. I believe that individuals can become resilient to deal with life’s struggles. We can develop or enhance our creative abilities to cope with life challenges. We can learn to respond in a healthy manner to difficult life challenges.
