During treatment, my clients will learn specific skills to relieve symptoms. I have three young children and a husband that travels constantly for his job, so I am very familiar with the stressors of everyday life. My approach is warm, personable, and lighthearted, sprinkled with some humor. My initial goal is to help my clients feel comfortable, validated, and create a strong therapeutic relationship.
