“Zach was very nice and listened to everything I had to say. Our first session was me explaining why I came to therapy which sucked to rehash it but he agreed to see me twice a week while I’m processing things to help me. I am excited to work with him overcome my hardships.”

“He is very easy to talk to and very capable of getting you to open up a bit. I require the occasional redirect to stay focused on the topic and I can say that he did a great job helping me focus on what truly mattered most. I’ve not been able to say I look forward to more sessions with someone in a long while but I really am looking forward to our next session.”

Getting to know Zach Holzman

I believe that everyone’s emotional, mental, and physical health matter. As an eclectic therapist, striking a balance between working with evidence-based theories and individual preferences is supremely important. I’m available for individual and family sessions and I want to help you find what makes you feel inner peace and your purpose in life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I’m a Georgia-based therapist who provides telehealth services for those that reside within the state. I’ve worked in group homes, schools, and communities with children, adolescents, and adults. My extensive work with clients is comprised of managing anxiety and bipolar disorders through identification of unhelpful thought patterns that can ultimately change one's behavior in a significant way. My therapeutic techniques include cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and strength-based therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A virtual mental health counseling session is a video call with a me, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). It's a safe and convenient way to discuss your thoughts, feelings, and concerns from the comfort of your own space. Just like in-person sessions, you'll have the opportunity to share your experiences, learn new coping strategies, and work towards personal growth. In therapy, I will listen, provide guidance, and help you navigate through life's challenges. All you need is a private, quiet space where you can have a confidential conversation.
