My work guides others to greater levels of fulfillment, ease, well-being, and inner freedom. I help my clients dissolve inner conflict and experience lasting transformation in their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. I have over 3500 hours of experience working 1:1 with clients all around the world of all different ages and abilities, from inpatient psychiatric hospitals in Poland and rural rehabilitation centers to boardrooms in Manhattan and world-renowned wellness centers. As a licensed therapist in NY, National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Certified HeartMath Practitioner, and Board Certified Life Coach, I specialize in helping my clients create sustainable changes in their lives, feel their best, and connect deeply with themselves to live in alignment with who they are.
