Beginning counseling can be intimidating and frustrating. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you to feel more comfortable in a potentially uncomfortable environment. My approach is client-centered with a focus on helping you accomplish your goals as quickly as possible. I work with both couples and individuals to try and make tomorrow better than today and today better than yesterday. I would love the opportunity to work alongside you!
