Zac is a Licensed Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working in all aspects of mental healthcare, ranging from addiction to end-of-life care. He strives to ensure that all clients feel heard, understood, and valued. Zac obtained his undergraduate education from Penn State majoring in Human Development & Family Studies, graduating in 2011. Zac received his graduate education from The University of Pittsburgh with a Masters in Social Work, graduating in 2017. Zac has experience treating issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma while focusing on using therapeutic tools that are tailored to each client’s needs. Zac utilizes tools from CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, trauma informed care, and other therapeutic approaches. He is also comfortable exploring issues with clients surrounding chronic diagnoses/illness, navigating life changes, boundaries/expectations, and shifting perspectives/adapting with life. Zac ensures that he establishes a safe therapeutic environment where clients can feel safe and able to process their emotions and begin walking down a healing path.
