I help teens and adults cope with stress, express themselves honestly, and explore personal meaning and purpose. I have experience working with teens and adults in private practice and other settings, using my skills as a therapist to help people find relief, direction, motivation, and meaning. I use relational psychodynamic methods, with insights from CBT and others. My focus is on a person's feelings, which are the gateway to the unconscious, although thoughts and thinking are also important. By exploring feelings we can attain greater self understanding, and this can help us to find solutions and coping skills to deal with our problems.
