What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients should know that working with me means stepping into a supportive and collaborative space. While I specialize in trauma therapy, I also have extensive experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and many other personal struggles. My goal is to offer both my expertise and a safe environment for you to explore your journey and move toward meaningful change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process begins with creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can share their experiences at a pace that feels comfortable. In our initial sessions, I focus on understanding your history, current concerns, and goals for therapy. This helps us develop a collaborative plan that reflects your needs and priorities. As we continue working together, I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR to guide the therapeutic process. These approaches allow us to explore underlying patterns, address trauma, and support deeper emotional healing. Throughout our work, I check in regularly to ensure the pace and direction feel right for you, adjusting our approach as needed. Over time, our sessions become a space for insight, skill-building, and meaningful change—whether we are addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or other emotional struggles. My goal is to support you in developing greater clarity, resilience, and connection with yourself.
