What should a new client know about working with you?

I have always had a passion for helping others, along with a growing interest in the emerging research on CTEs (Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy) in former athletes. This passion deepened my commitment to providing holistic, compassionate, and trauma-informed care. Now, I remain dedicated to bringing empathy, openness and a nonjudgmental perspective to every session, creating space for healing and growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Working together, you can expect a supportive and collaborative environment where curiosity and honesty are encouraged. I use evidence-based and person-centered approaches to help you gain insight and make meaningful change in your life, while assuring a grounded and adaptable style suited to your unique needs and circumstances. At all times, I believe in creating a safe, collaborative, and authentic therapeutic space where you feel heard and supported. My goal is to be a grounded and empathetic partner in your healing journey, and I look forward to assisting you in gaining clarity, confidence, and meaningful growth in our sessions together.
