Psychotherapist

I’m a therapist who believes meaningful change happens through a combination of self-understanding, practical support, and a strong therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely heard, respected, and able to explore their experiences without judgment. You don’t have to carry this pain alone. I am here to help. I believe healing should be affordable and accessible, and I offer high-quality, affordable therapy tailored to each person’s unique experiences and goals. My work integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients overcome distress, process difficult experiences, and move toward a more peaceful, balanced, and focused life. My approach is rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to provide a warm, supportive space along with practical tools to guide you toward genuine healing, peace, and freedom. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, burnout, self-esteem concerns, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-functioning people who may appear “fine” on the outside while internally struggling with overthinking, self-criticism, people-pleasing, or feeling disconnected from themselves. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in curiosity. Together, we work to better understand patterns in thoughts, emotions, and relationships while developing healthier coping strategies, emotional resilience, stronger boundaries, and greater self-trust. Whether you come to therapy with a specific goal or simply a sense that something in your life needs to change, you are welcome here. “You’re not broken — you’re hurting, and that’s different.”

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
