Specifically I collaborate closely with my clients, involving them in decision-making processes and tailoring interventions to meet their specific needs. This person centered approach enhances personal growth.

Before scheduling a session, I offer a free 15 minute consultation to discuss the client's therapeutic needs, to share my clinical expertise, and to schedule our initial session. I provide weekly or bi-weekly therapy sessions of a 60 minute duration based on client need.
