Therapy doesn’t have to feel cold, clinical, or intimidating. If you’re looking for a space where you can actually exhale, speak freely, and feel understood — you’re in the right place. People often come to me when they’re tired of holding everything together. Maybe you’re managing anxiety behind a calm exterior, feeling disconnected in relationships, grieving a loss, or questioning what’s next in your life. You might not have the “right words” yet — and that’s okay. Part of our work is finding them together. I believe therapy works best when it feels real. I show up as a genuine, compassionate human — not just a clinician — and I invite you to do the same. Our sessions are collaborative, grounded, and paced around what you need, not a one-size-fits-all approach. You won’t be pushed, rushed, or judged. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, each with their own complex stories, resilience, and strengths. What matters most to me is building trust and creating a relationship where you feel safe enough to be honest — even when things feel messy or unclear. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Kean University, but the heart of my work lies in showing up with curiosity, warmth, and deep respect for your experience. If you’re ready for therapy that feels supportive, grounded, and genuinely personal, I’d be honored to work with you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work primarily with adults who feel weighed down by anxiety, low mood, major life changes, grief, or relationship struggles. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but internally exhausted, burned out, or quietly questioning their self-worth. Others come in simply knowing they want more balance, clarity, or connection in their lives. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. My approach is integrative and thoughtfully tailored to you — drawing from evidence-based practices while staying flexible and responsive to what you need in the moment. Together, we’ll focus on building insight, emotional resilience, and practical tools that support real, lasting change. Whether you’re trying to get through a difficult season or ready to grow into a more grounded version of yourself, therapy can be a space to reconnect, reset, and move forward with intention.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I focus on creating a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself. Our sessions are structured but flexible, with regular check-ins to see what’s working, explore challenges, and adjust our approach as needed. Therapy is collaborative, and we move at a pace that feels right for you.
