I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Qualified Supervisor with over a decade of experience across diverse settings, including substance recovery, hospice care, and correctional facilities. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Indian River State College in 2014 and my Master of Social Work from Barry University in 2017.
My work has focused on supporting individuals through addiction, grief and loss, incarceration, anxiety, depression, and both childhood and generational trauma. I also work closely with couples and families navigating complex dynamics. At the core of my practice is a deep belief that everyone holds the potential for healing, growth, and meaningful change.
My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and direct—with plenty of compassion and a touch of humor. I use humor intentionally to break down walls, ease heavy conversations, and remind clients that healing doesn’t always have to feel heavy. I value authenticity and create a space where clients can feel truly seen and heard without judgment.
I take a solution-focused, strengths-based approach, customizing my methods to fit each individual’s journey. My toolbox includes cognitive-behavioral, existential, narrative, and client-centered therapies—all aimed at helping clients move forward with clarity and confidence.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
