I firmly believe in client led treatment and seek to empower clients in accomplishing their personal therapy goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first 1-2 sessions focus and getting to know each other and goals or desires for seeking therapy. After which we create plans on how to accomplish the goals together with regular check ins/ progress updates throughout the process to ensure goals are being met.
