Zaneb Mansha, LCSW

Psychotherapist
FL
I’m a licensed mental health therapist who works with clients navigating anxiety, ADHD, relationship concerns, self-esteem, life transitions, family dynamics, and other challenges that can make life feel overwhelming or difficult to manage. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely understood while also gaining insight and learning tools that help you create meaningful changes outside of sessions. I especially enjoy working with clients who are self-aware but still find themselves stuck in patterns they understand intellectually yet struggle to change. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to your individual goals, experiences, personality, and needs. I also value culturally responsive care and understand that family, culture, relationships, identity, and life experiences can all influence mental health. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients from a variety of backgrounds feel comfortable being themselves.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapy style is supportive, conversational, and goal-oriented. I’m not the type of therapist who will simply listen and ask, “How does that make you feel?” for an entire session. I’ll help you identify patterns, understand where they may be coming from, challenge thoughts or behaviors that are keeping you stuck, and develop practical strategies you can use in your everyday life. I also believe therapy should feel collaborative. We’ll regularly talk about what is and isn’t working for you, and I’ll tailor our sessions to your goals. When helpful, I may provide exercises, reflection questions, worksheets, or other strategies to practice between sessions. You can expect a nonjudgmental space where you can be honest while still being gently challenged and encouraged toward meaningful change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session focuses on getting to know you, understanding what brought you to therapy, discussing relevant history, and identifying what you would like to change or improve. Together, we’ll develop clear treatment goals and determine what approach will be most helpful for you. After that, sessions are tailored to what you need while still keeping your larger goals in mind. We may process current situations, identify patterns in thoughts and relationships, explore how past experiences are affecting you today, practice coping or communication skills, and develop concrete steps to try between sessions. I regularly check in on progress so therapy continues to feel purposeful and relevant. My goal is not only to help you feel better during sessions, but to help you build insight and skills that translate into your everyday life.
