Zaria Robinson, LCSW

Psychotherapist
PA
I’m an LCSW who offers a safe, supportive, and if desred, spiritually grounded space for children, teens, and adults facing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, anger, stress, or school and self-esteem challenges. I help clients process emotions, build coping skills, and rediscover hope. Whether you want faith-based guidance or a practical clinical approach, I’m here to walk with you through healing and growth. My approach is integrative and individualized, drawing from Christian Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused treatment, Play Therapy, and more. These modalities allow clients to explore their inner world, build coping skills, and process difficult emotions in ways that feel safe, creative, and meaningful. I understand how heavy life can feel. I am here to support you in finding relief, strength, and renewed hope. If any part of you is wondering whether now might be the time to seek support, I warmly invite you to reach out — I’m here to help. In our first session together, here's what you can expect In your first session with me, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. You can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space to share your experiences, thoughts, and feelings. I’ll ask questions to learn about your background, current challenges, and goals for therapy. Together, we’ll start identifying patterns, strengths, and areas where support would be most helpful. I’ll also explain how I work, discuss what therapy can look like for you, and answer any questions you have. By the end of the session, you should have a clear sense of the process, feel heard, and leave with some initial tools or strategies to begin supporting your growth and healing. The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions What stands out about my approach is that I combine evidence-based methods with a trauma-informed, and if desired faith-integrated perspective, tailoring therapy to each client’s needs.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
