My therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and thoughtfully tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), integrative, and person-centered approaches to create a treatment experience that feels both structured and deeply supportive. I believe meaningful change happens gradually and sustainably, so I gently encourage growth at a pace that feels safe and empowering. I work especially well with young adults and adults navigating high-stress environments, high-achievers who feel pressure to constantly perform, and women who are balancing multiple roles and responsibilities while trying not to lose themselves in the process. All sessions are conducted virtually, offering flexibility and accessibility while maintaining a strong, connected therapeutic relationship.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Getting started is simple. After booking your first session, you will complete intake paperwork prior to our appointment. During our initial session, we will take time to review your history, explore your current concerns, and clarify what you would like to gain from therapy. Together, we will identify meaningful goals and begin developing a personalized treatment plan. Ongoing sessions are then guided by this plan, while remaining flexible to address emerging needs. Throughout the process, I strive to create a supportive and structured environment that keeps us focused, intentional, and moving toward lasting growth.
