Hi, my name is Jessie. I obtained my B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and furthered my education with a Master's in Social Work from New York University. My approach is to implement psychoanalytic modality with incorporations of cognitive behavioral therapy, through a strength-based lens, based on your unique concerns and needs. I value cultural competency and diversity and will be compassionate, genuine, and supportive along the journey we will begin together.

Navigating through life can be a complicated and challenging process. No one knows your challenges and your struggles better than you do. As your therapist, I am not here to tell you how you should feel or live, but to help and to assist you in exploring your deeper emotions and in making connections to your inner self, through the stressors and challenges you have.
