Getting to know Zia Cook-Andres

Hi! I'm Zia! I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am deeply committed to helping clients process and heal from trauma, eating disorders, and other mental health struggles in a way that feels supportive, compassionate, and individualized. I love working with teens to older adults. I believe that a little bit of humor feels necessary in the therapy space and can go a long way. My therapeutic specialty has mainly been working with eating disorders clients. While I will continue to work with eating disorders, I have become more and more interested in working with maternal mental health and women issues, trauma, and OCD I utilize evidence based modalities such as EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and EXRP (& some humor.)
