Getting to know Zia Klein

Hi! I'm Zia! I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am deeply committed to helping clients process and heal from trauma, disorder eating and other mental health struggles in a way that feels supportive, compassionate, and individualized. I love working with teens to older adults. I believe that a little bit of humor feels necessary in the therapy space and can go a long way. As a HAES-aligned and social justice-informed clinician, I am passionate about celebrating all bodies and creating a safe, affirming space where people can share their stories—the good, the difficult, and everything in between. All parts of you are welcome My therpeautic specialty has mainly been working with eating disorders clients. While I will continue to work with eating disorders, I have become more and more interested in working with maternal mental health and women issues, trauma, and OCD I utilize evidence based modalities such as EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and EXRP (& some humor.)
