I believe in the profound impact therapy can have on someone’s life by fostering self-awareness, providing tools for managing difficulties, and supporting personal growth. I work with clients through challenges such as trauma, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and relationship struggles. My focus is on helping those who have experienced sexual assault or childhood and relational abuse, as well as anyone seeking to understand and improve their mental well-being. Through healing and growth, my clients are able to improve their relationships and build more fulfilling and resilient lives.
I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from New York University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide effective, compassionate care. I’m known for my exuberant and comforting personality, which makes our time together engaging and supportive. My sessions are filled with empathy and openness, allowing clients to explore their feelings and challenges without judgment. In my free time, I enjoy connecting with nature, exploring new hobbies, and finding joy in the small things.
I’m dedicated to helping you navigate challenges, find clarity, and achieve personal growth. Whether dealing with past trauma or seeking self-understanding, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Your journey matters, and together, we’ll work towards the change you want to see.

What should a new client know about working with you?
I specialize in working with women impacted by sexual assault or childhood abuse. These clients often face challenges with trauma, self-worth, and emotional regulation. They need a safe space to process their experiences, rebuild trust, and regain control. They seek empowerment to reshape their narratives and move forward confidently. My goal is to help them reclaim their stories, achieve personal growth, and foster resilience. I am committed to understanding intersectionality and being a compassionate ally to the LGBT+ community, ensuring a nuanced and inclusive approach to therapy.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I chose this field to support individuals in overcoming their struggles and reclaiming their lives. My own experiences with trauma have shaped my commitment to creating a safe, empathetic space where you can explore your feelings and build resilience.
