I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and am based in California. I received my Masters of Social Work from the University of Southern California. I have over ten years of experience proving mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults in variety of settings including community mental health, inpatient clinics, and schools. I work with adults who are looking for a supportive, thoughtful space to better understand themselves, heal from past experiences, and develop tools to feel more grounded and connected. I specialize in working adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and major life transitions, including identity shifts and periods of emotional overwhelm. I also have a particular interest and experience in supporting adults during the pregnancy and postpartum period. My approach to therapy is holistic and collaborative. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, Solution Focused Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. We’ll work together to help you build stronger connections, gain deeper insight and develop healthier habits to navigate life's challenges.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
