Psychotherapist
FL
No matter what you are facing, you don’t have to carry it alone. Life is filled with many challenges, both good and bad. It is important to feel that you are in a comforting, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. I work with a variety of populations and diagnoses, including eating disorders, trauma, chronic pain, grief, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, depression, athletes, veterans, first responders, caregivers, support systems, college students, and healthcare workers. No matter who you are, we will gently move toward healing, resilience, and meaningful growth at your own pace, with compassion and care. My work involves individuals, families, and couples, using a holistic approach tailored to meet each person where they are. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), exposure therapy, mindfulness-based practices, motivational interviewing, and other evidence-based approaches, blending them with compassion to support healing and promote lasting change. Life holds a wide range of emotions—joy, love, grief, pain, and adversity. Facing these experiences can feel overwhelming and, at times, impossible. Healing begins when we move through them with compassion and support. Starting therapy is often the hardest step, and by being here, you’re already showing courage.
