I offer free 30-minute consultations where we can discuss your goals for therapy and determine if we will be a good fit for this healing journey. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Canisius College and a Bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. In order to assist you in meeting your goals, I draw on evidence-based interventions from treatment modalities including DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy), CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), and motivational interviewing.
