Getting to know Zoe Weinstein

Therapy is an experience that is unique, and it is my goal to assist you in navigating your own journey. As a collaborative team, we can explore different challenges in your life and work towards becoming the best version of yourself, whatever that looks and feels like for you. I identify as a cis, religiously diverse woman who believes in equal representation and opportunities for all communities. As a clinician, I hold space for clients in a nonjudgmental lens, with empathy and compassion for those who are open to sharing their experiences with me. I specialize in anxiety disorders, disorderly eating patterns, childhood trauma exposure, and obsessive compulsion tendencies. I practice from an unconditional positive regard framework, combined with person in environment theory and cognitive behavior therapy. I am dedicated to working with oppressed and marginalized communities. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions. What is your typical process for working with clients?

I practice as a talk therapist, my concern is getting to the root of your challenge and coming up with ways to better navigate and overcome hurdles. I offer a free 15 minute consultation for us to get to know each other better and se if we are a fit. Next, I can help you schedule a 50 minute session with me and dive into topics you wish to explore.
