What is your typical process for working with clients?

I practice as a talk therapist, my concern is getting to the root of your challenge and coming up with ways to better navigate and overcome hurdles. I offer a free 15 minute consultation for us to get to know each other better and se if we are a fit. Next, I can help you schedule a 50 minute session with me and dive into topics you wish to explore.
