My approach to therapy is to help you identify what issues or concerns are most important to you and to assist you in facilitating the change you would like to see come about.Primarily I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; (or talk therapy) and Reality . I can integrate other modalities such as Guided Imagery; Mindfulness; Grounding; Gestalt or Affirmation. My Therapy style is direct but non-judgmental.
