As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology Westwood Counseling Center, I am deeply committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families through their most challenging moments. My work is grounded in empathy, gaining awareness, and a strong belief in the inherent strength and resilience of my clients. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of helping clients navigate emotional and relational struggles, including anxiety, depression, addiction, postpartum challenges, active military and veterans suffering from PTSD, and the impacts of domestic violence.

I create a place that therapy is a safe, supportive space where healing begins with understanding, validation, and self-compassion.
