About Dr. Daniel Henbest

*Will call to discuss intake Dr. Henbest provides Direct Primary Care--an opportunity to provide top level care for a flat monthly fee without the constraints of insurance-based healthcare. Trained in Family Medicine, he spent a year practicing in an urgent care before transitioning to a busy Federally Qualified Health Center providing primary care under the insurance model. After about six years, he found that this model interfered with the breadth and depth of care that my patients deserved. Now, for a monthly fee of $150, he offers incredible access with timely appointments, frequently spends an hour at a time with his patients, and communicates directly with patients when they have questions or concerns. It is primary care the way it should be. He provides general preventative care but, with increased availability, also treats all manner of urgent conditions including sinus infections, UTIs, and procedures like wound repairs, biopsies, and joint injections Dr. Dan grew up in Idaho, soaking up all the wonderful outdoor activities this beautiful state has to offer. He completed undergrad at UC San Diego and Medical School in Australia's University of Queensland. After graduating medical school, he returned to Idaho for residency as part of the inaugural class at the Kootenai Health Family Medicine Residency. He settled down after residency
