You can tell she wants to do her very best to listen to your concerns and tackle them head on. The doctor was excellent and the young lady that did my blood pressure.
The front desk was ok but she had on a mask and it was hard to hear her. The check out person was not very personable.

I haven't had a proper primary care provider in a long time, so I wanted to establish with someone. Dr. Atherton-Staples is wonderful, she spent plenty of time, listened to me to get all the necessary info about my general health, and respected my preferences for treatment approaches. She's also a joy to talk to, great personality. The office was friendly, although I did wait a bit longer than I expected but they apologized when they called me in, so it must have been a momentary issue. I'd recommend Dr. Atherton-Staples and her office based on my experience.

The office was clean and the staff was very courteous and professional. The wait time was minimal. I was actually called into the exam room a few minutes before my appointment, which was a pleasant surprise. Dr Atherton-Staples was very friendly and easy to talk to. She was thorough and I did not feel rushed during the visit. I left with all follow up visits and prescriptions taken care of. I would highly recommend this Dr and this office.

Dr. Atherton-Staples is very thorough. She listened to my concerns and took time discussing each thoroughly. Very knowledgeable on all topics. She was very caring, and made me feel comfortable discussing anything with her. An amazing bedside manner. I would highly recommend her!! * The Medical Assistant (Marrhea) was so good!! This is my 1st visit here. I am so glad that I made the change. Everyone here is kind, caring, patient, and very thorough. :)
