He studied at Instituto Superior de Ciencias Medicas In Santa Clara, Cuba where he graduated in the top 10 percent, completing his residency in Endocrinology. When Dr. Vergara moved to the United States he obtained his license in Internal Medicine, becoming board certified in the United States. Dr. Gonzalez Vergara has then worked as an Internist in various clinics around South Florida until he opened up his own clinic, VERGARA MEDICAL & AESTHETIC .
