About Dr. Gerald Parker
Gerald Parker, DO, is an osteopathic physician who has been practicing preventive medicine for over 38 years. Serving the Amarillo, Texas, community at Doctors Clinic, Dr. Parker passionately brings his expertise and has experience in treating adult patients of all ages with both holistic and medicinal treatment options.
Dr. Parker received his undergraduate degree from Western Washington University in Wellington and went on to medical school at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in Missouri. He received his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his internship at Art Centre Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He holds a medical license in Texas, New Mexico, and Nebraska.
Dr. Parker is proud to hold a number of appointments, including president of the Southwest Academy of Preventive Medicine, co-director of the Southwest Institute of Preventive Medicine, and a chair member of both the International Academy of Metabology and Medical Advisory Committee, Health Freedom Council.
Dr. Parker has had ample training in the field of stem cell therapy and completed module I and II workshops by the American Academy of Stem Cell Physicians. He is a member of various organizations, including the American Osteopathic Association, American Osteopathic College of Pain Management and Sclerotherapy, American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, and American College of Regenerative Medicine.
Dr. Parker has received recognition as a Physician of the Year by the National Republican Congressional Committee’s Physician’s Advisory Board and is on Marquis’ “Who’s Who in the World” and “Who’s Who in Medicine” list. Dr. Parker has shared his expertise on TV shows, such as “The Today Show,” and “That’s Incredible.”

Everything was great!! I hate needles and the doctor and nurse was very calming and made sure I was good got me through my first round of injections praying for my second round????????

I went back for weight loss after twenty-five years. I lost 100 lbs. and over 25 years I gained 20 lbs back and went back to get the fat off. It is a clear and proven weight loss system - not a trendy and come and go system. They have been the proven Hyperbaric system (first in Amarillo). They have been a solid, honest, friendly, and proven medical practice. When others have failed, it still remains on Western Street. I have retired out of the healthcare system for 50 years and it is where I go.
