Dr. Phillips earned his medical degree from Emory University in Atlanta in 1987. He completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency training at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. A native of Marietta, Ga., Dr. Phillips has practiced obstetrics and gynecology there since 1995

Dr Phillips was amazing. It was my first ever pap exam and he made me feel very comfortable. He also was very detailed on the actions he was going to perform and what the exam is testing. Amazing. I will be back.

Dr. Phillips is super sweet and takes the time to listen to any and all concerns you might be having with your body before addressing it.
He is the first OBGYN that has been able to diagnose me right off the rip.
Being that he was the first male doctor I’ve ever seen, he was very respectful and even asked for consent before doing my exam (that was a big eye opener for me). Before he did or touched me or anything related to the exam, he would explain to me what he was about to do, what that would tell us, and how he would do it. The step by step guidance really helped calm my nerves. I will be seeing him from now on.
