A graduate of Emory Medical School in Atlanta, Dr. McGettigan moved to Tucson and attended the University of Arizona. There, he was trained as a general surgeon before specializing in emergency medicine. Dr. McGettigan was one of the first doctors added to the staff at Thomas Davis Medical Center in Tucson, working in the urgent care clinic. He launched Quality of Life Medical & Research Center to focus on men’s health and general medicine for both men and women.
