Dr. DeSanctis is excellent at making the patient feel heard. She was very thorough in reviewing my records before my appointment, and she answered all my questions. I left the appointment feeling like Dr. DeSanctis truly cared about my well-being, which is so rare with our medical system today.
I hope I never lose Kelly as my doctor. She listens, explains and thinks things through in regards to my health. It is nice to have a doctor that is easy to speak to and also someone that clearly cares about her patients.
