I am passionate about providing quality patient care in order to improve the overall well-being of the patient. I enjoy patient education and continuity of care. My special interest in Primary Care is Sports Medicine.
In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
My role as a primary care provider is to practice preventive medicine. If a problem does arise, my goal is to provide the patient with as much information about his/her diagnosis as possible, including treatment options. It's important to practice shared decision-making with the patients and their loved ones.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
I enjoy going to sporting events, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. I also appreciate music, dance, and theater.
