Very friendly, kind, and great listener. I have really bad health anxiety and they were understanding of that. If she even took an extra precaution to my family history to make sure my blood pressure wasn't high due to anxiety or genuine health concerns. She also made an effort to refill my Tazortene face cream which i didn't expect to get since i haven't been to a dermatologist in over a year.

I was incredibly impressed with the clinic and my provider. I love the Charles B Wang Community Health Center! Everything is clean and organized, people are friendly and competent (not the case in many health centers these days), I did not wait too long, and Dr Bui is a great listener. I have seen a great many doctors over the years, and this might have been the first time in my life that I felt I could speak to my doctor candidly without feeling rushed or unheard. I have been raving about the center to my friends ever since my appointment.

Love! 10/10 experience compared to previous experiences I’ve had. Everyone was so nice and welcoming from the front desk to the doctor. Dr. Bui had excellent beside manner, took the time to listen to my concerns, and took action immediately! The communication from everyone was exceptional. They made sure I understood any next steps and answered any questions I had. Nurse Ally (or Allie) was sooo sweet I loved her. She also drew my blood which was fast and painless. I’m glad to say I will be keeping Dr. Bui as my pcp from now on.

I am so happy I found Dr. Bui. She was patient, kind, and through. She took my questions and concerns seriously and for that I am so grateful. Dr Bui and the entire staff were really great. You could tell that they were all very busy and see patients back to back but at no point did I feel unheard or rushed. Dr Bui was very friendly and listened to all of my issues. This is a huge improvement from my previous provider and I will definitely be back.
