“It was great. I had to transfer to Dr. Levine at 37 weeks for certain reasons but the process didn't take that long and I was able to be seen. Some doctors I called couldn't see me after 34 weeks of being pregnant but he took me in. Right after I finished my paperwork, I was seen by the nurse and doctor and got some important stuff done that I wasn't able to get for the past two months that I looking for a doctor to transfer to. I loved it! <3, they were very fast and caring and tell you a lot of information. ”

Dr. Mauricio Levine was born and raised in Mexico City. He attended Medical school at the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
In 1983, he started his residency training in Ob/Gyn at St. Agnes Hospital, in Baltimore, Maryland.
From 1987-1989, Dr. Levine was attending Physician and Instructor of Family Practice Residents for the Suffolk County Clinics, in Long Island, New York.
Dr. Levine moved to San Diego and started his private practice in 1989. He is an active staff member at Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center, and Scripps Memorial Hospital in Chula Vista. He also has privileges at Paradise Valley Hospital.
Dr. Levine is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (since 1991), and by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is a member of the San Diego County Medical Society.
Dr. Levine resides in Bonita, with his family.

I still haven’t gotten my results for this appt. The np that did my Pap smear was very cold and not very reassuring. My appt was 2 months ago and I still haven’t gotten my results

My experience with the nurse practitioner was horrible.
She was not kind and very knowledgeable.
However, the second visit with Dr Mauricio was very comforting and attentive to my pain and needs.

This was my first visit to Dr. Levine's office. I was not dissapointed. The staff was courteous and helpful. Dr. Levine showed interest in finding the best solution to address my current condition and concerns in general. Overall, both Dr. Levine and his staff made me feel welcomed.

Worst doctor I have ever been to. Does not listen to patient. Does not approve of generic version of birth control pills. He never even heard of a birth control pill i have been using for years. How can he be a OB/GYN doctor and not know the names of any birth control pills? I will never go to him again. Don't waste your time going to this doctor.

"You've got to come and experience it!" My first visit with Dr. Levine was excellent. He is very thorough, very friendly and compassionate. He answered all of my questions and concerns. His staff is professional and make you feel relaxed the minute you arrive at the office.
