I was recently seen at this office as a new patient. I was extremely frustrated because I had gone in 20 minutes prior to my appointment. I didn’t get taken to a room until an hour an half later. When I explained to the dr about my experience, she did not even apologize yet instead she continued to explain to me about her course of treatment. After me saying, “you did not answer my question “ she replied asking me if it was the same question I had just asked her which was, “is this common practice for your office?” It didn’t seem to me that she cared . She just said that she doesn’t have an answer and that she would have to speak with her staff to find out about what happened with regard's to my wait. I understand that there can be a wait when going to the Dr but an hour and a half? That’s a bit ridiculous! I would have to think long and hard if I would want to go back and if I do, it will be because it’s really challenging finding a Dr in network with my insurance in my area.

My experience was very good and I really enjoyed the knowledge, the kindness and the attentiveness of Dr. Grover. I would refer her to my friends because of my Interaction with her and I can’t wait to see her again at my next visit. Overall, the experience was welcoming and inviting, and I’m glad that I found a new primary doctor.

What I liked about my experience with Dr Grover was how welcoming she made me feel. She was very thorough in explaining to me what I needed and provided me with an understanding of what I didn’t understand. She showed concern for my health and listened to what I had to say. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a primary care physician.

My appointment time was for 3:30pm, I arrived 15 mins before the appointment time and had already checked in for appointment and uploaded needed paperwork and id and insurance card. After waiting 45 mins patiently, I asked the front desk about how much longer would I have to wait, I was told another 15 mins or so longer on which I had to leave because of too much wait time.
