Rachel Jacobs, MD, earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Ross University School of Medicine - Academic Campus. She completed both her internship and residency in Family Medicine at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center New Orleans. Dr. Jacobs holds professional memberships in the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) and the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP).
Dr. Jacobs's journey into medicine was inspired by her grandfather, whose work as a physician left a lasting impact on their community. During her clinical training, she developed a strong interest in patient advocacy and care coordination, always striving to build lasting relationships with her patients.
