She listened to my concerns and walked me through what might be going on and then gave suggestions as to what steps to take next. Only issue was she was double booked so I was there much longer than expected even though the board had her listed as “on time” so I wasn’t aware I’d be waiting.

Very easy to talk to. Knows what she's talking about. Thorough. Asks the right questions to make sure you get the right care.

The best part was being able to look out the window while waiting my turn. It sort of felt like a mini airport, since the patients are cut off from the office proper. They sign you in when you first arrive and direct you to an area where there are only patients. A locked door keeps you out. Elevator music plays very old songs, which, though not the best music, does seem relaxing. Michelle was the nurse. She asked questions I'd thought I already answered via ZocDoc, weighed me, and took my blood pressure. Dr. Thomas answered a question I've been wondering about for five years but didn't provide any non-surgical treatment options, which was why I was there. It took me about seventy minutes to get there, so I felt like crying when I realized it had been a wasted trip. It wasn't a horrible experience, but I, also, didn't receive any treatment or care. She advised seeing my primary care physician, as she didn't have any answers. However, I'd already been instructed to see a GYN, as the primary care physician didn't have any answers, either. The experience made me feel more alone than ever in dealing with my condition.

Dr. Thomas Terefenko is always very gentle, thorough, and, most importantly, kind. She takes her time explaining things and is always asking about my general well-being.
I think she is a wonderful physician and an outstanding woman. I consider myself extremely lucky to have her as my doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Thomas since I was 17. She is great. Best GYN I have had. I was a teen mom and she made me feel comfortable at my first appointment after birth all the way through now being married. I have has GYN medical problems that she has been with me every step of the way for. She is wonderful, thoughtful, helpful, and honest! Very amazing woman and doctor!

I like Dr. T. as a dr. and caring person. My problem was getting back in touch with her through her office regarding my mammogram. My call was missed and later I drove to her office to complain. That prompted two messages from nurses and a call from the other physician at the office. This experience over several days caused me to wonder about why my own doctor wasn’t interested enough to respond personally.
