Dr. Sonia Garcia -Jayne was very kind but completely unhelpful. I came in for seasonal allergies. She did not prescribe anything new, I had to ask her to prescribe me a specific medication. I have severe allergies and she insisted that I use a humidifier as treatment. If you don’t believe in treatment this is the perfect office for you.

I went in for something specific, at the appointment she addressed nothing that I went there for. I had to tell her about why I went there. Then she referred me to another clinic, they called me three days later, but had nothing to do what with I wanted to go in for. Ridiculous.

I liked the doctor very much , but the office was very small with lots people waiting for other doctors. I waited almost 1 hr to see her and I was not happy about that. The examining room was very bare.

The only reason I wasn't seen right away is because I had the standard first time patient paperwork. I came home and told my daughter that once we have her insurance back, we need to make sure Dr. Garcia-Jayne is accepted. I am very impressed with her and her nurse.
