Very flexible schedule and easy to accommodate me last minute and quest diagnosis was a few doors down in walking distance for my blood work. Easy to access the clinic and I was listened to during my appointment with the doctor.

The whole visit was quite disorganized. I was in the middle of telling one of the nurse practitioners what I was in for and was interrupted to see another nurse practitioner. The other nurse practitioner didn't really listen to any of the details I had mentioned.

While Dr. Sudad was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable, her staff leaves MUCH to be desired. No matter how clear I am in my emails about what I need, none of them ever actually seem to read those emails. They call me instead for "check-ins" in which they ask for medical information I didn't know I was supposed to be keeping track of for Dr. Sudad. To make matters worse, I have to repeat everything I said in my email just to get any help, and even then, Dr. Sudad might not even make the refill request I need. I will not be returning until her office staff learn to read and respond to emails instead of running the place like it's the 1950s

I have been taking my family to many doctors over the years for different reasons, and Dr. Sudad Al Hadad truly stands out. She is an excellent doctor who listens carefully and takes the time to understand the root cause of the issue rather than immediately prescribing medication. She has great bedside manners and genuinely cares about her patients. So far, our experience with her has been nothing but positive.
