This booking is for an FDA-authorized at-home cervical cancer screening with Teal Health. Same HPV test, with the same accuracy as screening in-clinic, but now you can collect your own sample privately from home, and mail it to the lab for testing.
During the 10 min. video visit, Dr. Dorismond will review your screening history and prescribe your at-home kit. After screening, she will share your results and assist with next steps, if needed.
At-Home Screening is for people 25–65 years old, with a cervix. It is not suitable for those who are pregnant, immunocompromised, or have a history of reproductive cancer or LEEP procedures. For more info, visit getteal.com.

After completing her residency at Howard University Hospital, Dr. Dorismond first pursued an Advanced Pelvic Surgery fellowship at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, GA, and is now completing an Advanced Women’s Health Research fellowship at the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center (SFVAMC) while also earning her master’s in clinical research at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). Her focus areas encompass HPV and cervical cancer screening, prevention, and management, demonstrating a profound commitment to enhancing women’s healthcare. Her research focus has led to several first-authored published manuscripts and oral presentations at national conferences. Dr. Dorismond is a former professional volleyball player and holds a master’s in creative writing alongside her medical qualifications.
