Mostly friendly staff, minus the one receptionist that looked like she was over it. Maybe she was having a bad day. Thank you to the rest of the team! Everything I needed done was conveniently located in one building.

I am so glad I found Dr. Kaiser. I have a primary care physician but was too sick to make it to their office and found Dr. K in my neighborhood. He is professional, attentive to my concerns, and explained everything during my examination to help me understand his diagnosis. I would definitely go back again.
Dr. Zbarsky and his entire staff are wonderful. I've been a patient of his for a few years and, at this point, it feels like I'm visiting a friend who also happens to take care of me. Highly recommend the Manhattan office!
The visit was okay. This is a fairly new office where they did have any supplies in the rooms. I couldn't tell who was a nurse or a MEdical Assistant. Their equipment looked old and their floors were killing me. The Doctor was okay but he seemed to be in a rush and wanted to sit in front of a computer.
I wish they would say the appointment system doesn't work during the weekends and its first come first serve. Other than that, the doctor and staff were friendly and considered.
The Dr. herself was very nice and professional, the waiting time was horrible. Its a very large office and there are a lot of different doctors there.
Just as other reviewers mentioned. She and her staff are excellent. Wait time is inevitable everywhere
Went to see Dr Siby Cherian for a general check up. The entire experience was quick and efficient. I neither felt rushed nor like my time was being wasted. Everyone I interacted with, including the nurse and the receptionist, were polite and willing to answer my questions. Dr Siby Cherian himself was nice and possessed a great bedside manner.
He seemed very nice and professional once we was finally able to see me. The office was very nice! The staff was very nice and professional as well.
Dr. Steinmetz is always thorough and he’s as competent as you’d want your primary care doctor to be. And he’s got a great personality that puts you at ease.
Dr. Michael was great. He’s very informative on matters that are a concern to his patients. The wait time wasn’t bad at all & his staff were super friendly.
The shared offices are dingy, I was a bit off-put by their appearance and lack of cleanliness- nothing alarming, about what you would expect if you were going to a medicaid clinic. it was crowded too, as they don't have really a proper sized waiting room. The exam room where I gave my medical history was not inspiringly clean but it was fine. When I got my blood drawn that's when the appointment started to turn for the better- the nurse drawing blood was incredible. My veins are hard to find which makes getting blood taken a nightmare. I barely felt it and she was very sweet and calm with me. I couldn't believe it. Then, I finally went to Dr Gressel's office-- I wish the whole facility was as pristine as her office/exam room. it was very, very clean, what I want from a doctors exam room. The rest of the suite should take a note from Dr Gressel's standard of cleanliness, as I almost left when I saw the state of the office suite itself. Dr Gressel is very nice, very professional. She seems to prefer to suggest non- medication solutions to medical issues. at one point she said I should have matcha green tea which... I admit while I do know it has weight loss and antioxidant benefits, I was a little surprised to hear from a doctor. This was my first visit with her so we'll see how it goes but so far I like her very much and I trust her with my healthcare. I like the staff a lot.
Receptionist were really nice allowed us to go and grab a bite while we waited. The wait was a little excessive but not to shabby. The Dr answered all of my questions. So overall a great visit.
