I was feeling really sick and they let me come in an hour and 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I was seen right away and Dr. Kletsman was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was very thorough and I was still in an out in under an hour. I'll definitely be back!

Very thorough annual exam. Doctor understood my concern and set me up for an extra test right away so I wouldn't have to make a second appointment. I do wish that I could have spoken to her again after the tests. The nurse, Rose, was wonderful -- very kind, funny, and attentive.

great first visit today, great timing, wait time, less than, 35 minutes.. was seen by the Doctor himself not a nurse of nurse practitioner. he is good, sharp, does not waist time, goes to the point, and will tell you as is.. he is honest, intellectual, modest and great bedside manner.... highly recommend. He has Sunday hours, as well. they told me my insurance benefits, and deductibles up front as well, so there is no surprises later on when, i get a bill. that's how it should be.. transparent, and i know what to expect... will keep him for now, as PCP in NYC..

Dr Wu has a small practice that makes life easy when you need help. Glad to have him as my GP. Good mannerism as a physician. Personable. (English is great.) Office is in heart of Brooklyn Chinatown so great food shopping after appointments.

The office rescheduled my appointment for 15 minutes later and I was seen right on time at the later time. The med student who saw me was warm, courteous, and well-informed. I then waited quite a long time (over 30 min) to see the doctor, who was professional and responsive, although he didn't introduce himself. The office staff were great.
