All the doctors were very nice and personable, but I had to wait a long time between blood tests and other testing. I was there over 3 hours!

Dr. Harden herself was great. She was patient and she really was thorough. My ophthalmologist called her with an urgent matter and she called me herself to schedule. If she has any other locations I’d see her there because the 14th street location is horrible. (Has no reflection on the doctor herself.) Dr. Harden sent me for an MRI and a CTA. I needed prior authorization for the CTA and a member of her staff, named Jennifer, told NYU that she didn’t have the time to do it. When I called my insurance I was told they were waiting for a fax from them and that they had started the prior authorization 1 hour before I called. Absolutely ridiculous. As I work for a doctor I know that PA’s need to be done at least 2 days in advance because insurance can take time to approve or deny. Then when I called the office to speak to Jennifer she caught an attitude yelled “oh my god” and slammed down the phone. Another staff member helped me and completed my prior authorization although I still had to reschedule my CTA. I’ve had the results from NYU for a week and still waiting for someone to review the results. But don’t call the office. They don’t answer and their voicemail is full. Again Dr.Harden is fantastic but the staff can drive patients away quick.
Very professional and pleasant office, and the doctor and nurse were thorough and smart.
Dr. Kokoszka saw me right away upon arriving for my first appointment. She was very thorough and spent about 40 minutes with me on my first visit. My initial impression was a bit wary as there was a long line of people waiting to be seen in the waiting room - however I learned that she shares a waiting room with a dermatology practice, and therefore, this did not affect me, other than the initial confusion.
Attentive, very knowledgeable and gave me actionable direction after my consultation as far as tips, care and next steps. Would definitely recommend her to anyone!
Dr Rabinovich was very accommodating and helpful. I would return to her again.
Dr. Bronfin is amazing. She gave me hope with realistic to dos to make myself more comfortable
Wonderful doctor! Extremely knowledgeable
Very knowledgeable, takes your concerns into consideration and doesn't make you feel like you're a worrywart! Reversed a diagnosis that a previous physician had given me. He also has his own sleep center and EEG testing site. I know I'm in good hands.
Dr. Mikhaylova set Up an great plan to treat/reduce my migraines in a timely manner. I also learned a lot of other techniques to reduce migraines through medications and the importance of my overall health and the vitamins that could benefit me. She was truly wanted me to see results.
He is fine, but this office is a complete mess. They sent me to an MRI and failed to collect the results for 2 weeks after the 2 weeks for the next appointment, 1 month with pain and that's 2 failed appointments that they don't even call to confirm. I had to call myself, even go to the lab on my own to get it done, and even then I show up to the next appointment and they still don't have them. Finally they do get them and the wait time is several hours, I already cancelled other appointments the week prior so I could try to get the lan results, 5 hours of my time, and I go at 8am, 2 hours there and still 2 to go, I had to leave. Horrible organization and service.
This was my first visit to a neurologist. Dr Halpern was lovely. We discussed my issue and she answered my questions and put my mind at ease. I will be following up with her in March and feel confident in the care I will be receiving.
Dr. Rosenthal was professional, attentive, and made me feel very at ease during my appointment. He is everything I would want in a doctor.
Dr. Mohen was great! She listened to my concerns carefully and was extremely professional. Once diagnosed she gave me options for treatment and carefully outline the pros and cons of each treatment so that we could make the best informed decision on how to treat the condition.
Great doctor!! Highly recommended.

Was ok what I hopefully expected
Very experienced, courteous and knowledgeable in many fields.
His support staff was awesome, even though they had scheduled the wrong date for my appointment. The fact that I had several tests there helped alot.
