Dr. Harden herself was great. She was patient and she really was thorough. My ophthalmologist called her with an urgent matter and she called me herself to schedule. If she has any other locations I’d see her there because the 14th street location is horrible. (Has no reflection on the doctor herself.) Dr. Harden sent me for an MRI and a CTA. I needed prior authorization for the CTA and a member of her staff, named Jennifer, told NYU that she didn’t have the time to do it. When I called my insurance I was told they were waiting for a fax from them and that they had started the prior authorization 1 hour before I called. Absolutely ridiculous. As I work for a doctor I know that PA’s need to be done at least 2 days in advance because insurance can take time to approve or deny. Then when I called the office to speak to Jennifer she caught an attitude yelled “oh my god” and slammed down the phone. Another staff member helped me and completed my prior authorization although I still had to reschedule my CTA. I’ve had the results from NYU for a week and still waiting for someone to review the results. But don’t call the office. They don’t answer and their voicemail is full. Again Dr.Harden is fantastic but the staff can drive patients away quick.
This was a great visit, friendly and warm personalities dwell within. From the receptionist, to the medical assistants, to the doctor. I will be switching my PCP to this office. I was very comfortable and everyone goes above and beyond in their professionalism.
Dr. Kokoszka is extremely thorough in understanding the issues you are having and recommending the proposed plan of action. She is very understanding to your issues.
Dr. Dokko was nothing short of fantastic. She is personable, intelligent, and caring. She is extremely well spoken and careful about how she expresses herself. Truly a joy to deal with in a situation that is less than ideal. Best doctor that I have interacted with in a long time!
Commited to her craft. Friendly. Funny. Very interested in resolving problems and not dismissive of symptoms. A rare find in NYC.
Very friendly doctor, gave me the care I wanted when I needed it
Wonderful doctor! Extremely knowledgeable
I came in with a lot of questions, and all of them were answered thoroughly. It was a great feeling to leave my dr's appt with knowledge of how to better myself moving forward, and a game plan of what we should do next.
Dr. Mikhaylova set Up an great plan to treat/reduce my migraines in a timely manner. I also learned a lot of other techniques to reduce migraines through medications and the importance of my overall health and the vitamins that could benefit me. She was truly wanted me to see results.
There was a wait but luckily I wasn’t in a rush. Dr. Tikoo was very professional and patient. Didn’t rush through the appointment and answered all my questions.
Idk why but is it me or front office secretaries need to be on top of their work and due diligence? The docs are great. My struggle remains with the unskilled appointment makers and front office.
Dr. Rosenthal was professional, attentive, and made me feel very at ease during my appointment. He is everything I would want in a doctor.
The long wait time was worth it for a chance to visit with the Dr. She made me feel heard and I really felt comfortable with her. She answered all my questions and it did not feel rushed. Highly recommend.
Wonderful doctor, understood the medical situation, took the symptoms seriously.
