Getting to know Aïcha Nadifi

You might feel like you’re carrying more than you can handle—whether that’s anxiety, ongoing stress, or patterns from past experiences that continue to show up in your relationships or daily life. You don’t have to navigate it alone. In our work together, we’ll slow things down and make space to really understand what’s happening beneath the surface. We’ll look at the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, gently process difficult experiences at a pace that feels safe, and build practical tools to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and supported in your day-to-day life. My goal is for you to leave sessions not only with insight, but with strategies you can actually use. I draw from trauma-informed, somatic, and attachment-based approaches—including IFS, Somatic Experiencing, and CBT/ACT—to meet you where you are and tailor our work to what you need most. Therapy with me is collaborative and compassionate, with a focus on helping you feel heard, understood, and more confident navigating life with clarity and self-trust.

What should a new client know about working with you?

You don’t need to have all the answers or know exactly what to say—therapy is a space where you can slow down, show up as you are, and explore things at your own pace. In our work together, we’ll focus on what feels most important to you right now, gently notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools to help you feel more grounded, steady, and supported in your day-to-day life. I meet you where you are and draw from trauma-informed, somatic, and attachment-based approaches, including elements of IFS, Somatic Experiencing, and CBT/ACT, so that our work is both supportive and useful in real life. My hope is that you leave each session feeling heard, understood, and a little more connected to your own sense of clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We’ll begin by exploring what brought you here and what you want to feel different in your life. Together, we’ll identify patterns, clarify your goals, and create a plan that feels manageable and meaningful. Sessions are collaborative and paced to your comfort. Depending on your needs, we may use CBT/ACT to manage anxious or unhelpful thoughts, psychodynamic approaches to understand deeper emotional patterns, or trauma-informed and somatic techniques to help you feel safe and grounded. Throughout our work, you can expect therapy to be both practical and insightful — leaving you with tools and understanding that support real change and a greater sense of balance in your daily life.
