What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide trauma-informed therapy in a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can process your life experiences. My approach is empathetic, honest, and straightforward. Together we’ll build healthy coping skills, challenge negative self-beliefs, and strengthen boundaries while working toward healing and resilience.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, I’ll explain what to expect in therapy, including confidentiality and your rights as a client. You’ll have space to ask questions, share what brings you to therapy, and explore your goals. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe, with the goal of building trust and creating a collaborative partnership. I help clients challenge negative thinking and cognitive distortions, building awareness of their strengths and resilience. It takes courage to reach out for help—if you’re ready to feel more like yourself, I’d be honored to support you.
