Abigayle completed her Bachelor's in Psychology at the University of Texas-Austin. She further pursued her Master's degree in Professional Counseling at Texas State University. Abigayle's personal and professional experiences, along with her interests, helps her to provide a creative approach to her treatment, while still being well-versed in some more traditional and structured approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and much more.
